I really felt like she listened to my desired apartment specifications, timeline and budget, and she quickly found all the available units. We had a full day of showings within 4 days of me contacting her in different areas of the city since I didn't know where I wanted to live yet. Caroline just "got it" without me having to re-explain, which I appreciated so much. Once I decided on a place, she put together all the necessary documents to make things easy for me to sign when I got little slivers of time in my day or after work. Even after signing, she helped me get in touch with property managers and facilitate key pick up. She was very invested in my experience being a positive one! Definitely recommend working with her!
